When you’ve booked on to the event, we’ll email you a link to the agenda in the week leading up to it. Printed programmes will also be available when you arrive at the event.
We recommend you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the event starts, to give yourself time to register, familiarise yourself with our campus and get a refreshment before the event begins. You’ll also be sent more information in your pre-event email.
We offer different types of events throughout the year. It’s important to check whether an event is on-campus, online or both. For events that have an online option, you’ll be able to watch recordings of course presentations, speak with course representatives and chat to our student support teams. We'll email you a link to our virtual events platform before the event takes place.
When you book on to an open day/evening, we’ll email you the address of the campus you’ll need to attend, as well as the nearest Tube station to it. Not all of our campuses are in central London, so it’s really important you check the address of your campus before you attend to avoid any unnecessary travel.
You’re welcome to bring up to three people with you. If you’d like to bring more, let us know in the comments section of our booking form and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Our campuses are accessible to everyone, including wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. We can also provide additional support if you are hearing impaired, with BSL interpreters and T loops available on site.
Please let us know about your specific needs when you book, so we can make sure you get the most out of your visit.
Parking is available only at our Harrow Campus. For other campuses, we recommend you travel by public transport.
If you need to drive to the event, you’ll find general parking information on the Westminster City Council website.
